BACKGROUND: Cerebral palsy is a disease caused by perinatal lesion of the central nervous system (CNS) characterized violation static and dynamic functions. The combination speech, motor, mental disorders indicate need for comprehensive approach to treatment. Numerous studies have been devoted functional disorder restoration orthopedic correction in children with cerebral palsy. Among publications rehabilitation palsy, there are no works leading role kinesiotaping. This work related revise method application considering laws regulatory activity CNS pathological physiology.
 AIM: study aimed demonstrate highly effective kinesiotaping from physiology point view dependence palsy.
 MATERIALS AND METHODS: We observed 157 patients diagnosed with: Spastic diplegia (Little's disease), double hemiplegia, hemiparetic form hyperkinetic palsy; atonic-astatic (classification according K.A. Semenova)". used clinical neurological examination an assessment motor development scale ontogenetic development, standard scales tests assessing state muscles. Taping courses were conducted as method.
 RESULTS: results revealed numerous improvements picture completely different forms pathology severity. Some regularities developed formulated at Department Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Physical Culture Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University (Moscow) since 2011 its effectiveness has confirmed interested specialists improving programs CONCLUSION: technique pronounced effect on many acts physiological that not CNS. taping long-lasting effect, fixed changes over subsequent long period (at least 36 months). From our view, teaching parents ensures continuity treatment process, well possibility long-term monitoring assess method.
